Captains of Industries in Abia State have extolled sterling performances of Governor Alex Otti on his impressionable footprints in the revolution on the development of infrastructure in Abia State.
During an Oversight visit of the Abia State House of Assembly Committee on Environment and Urban Renewal, chaired by Hon Kalu Mba Nwoke, Chief Joseph Ezenwa, Chief Executive Officer, Lucky Joe Investment Limited and Chief Christopher Nzeh of Nicen Industries Limited, both in Osisioma, Abia State expressed satisfaction with the change of narrative, following development strides witnessed in Aba, within 18 months of Governor Alex Otti’s administration, adding that the visit of the Assembly Committee on Environment and Urban Renewal has opened a new chapter between captains of industries and the Abia State Government and the first of it’s kind in over 15 years of the lifespan of their various industries.
Also during the visit, the Production Head, Valleumbra Floor Mill, Aro Ifeanyichukwu Casmir said their outfit has maintained high standards in line with Global Standard Practices, applauding the Committee on their prompt oversight.
Earlier in his response, Hon Kalu Mba Nwoke, Chairman of the Committee reassured of the continuous spring of synergy between captains of industries and the Abia State Government.
He added that the Governor Alex Otti led administration is further poised to ensuring the provision of an enabling environment to woo investors to Abia State, while Hon Lewis Obianyi of Ukwa East State Constituency urged the Industries to ensure an upgrade of their Corporate Social Responsibilities.
