A philanthropist and initiator of “Predict and Win” in Ndume Ibeku, Hon. Ikechukwu Gbaruko, has extended warm Easter greetings to Christians as they celebrate the 2026 Easter season.
In his Easter message, the Umuohu Okpula Ndume-born politician described Easter as a deeply significant occasion, marking the victory of Jesus Christ over death and the triumph of life over the grave.
Hon. Gbaruko noted that the resurrection of Christ remains the cornerstone of the Christian faith, stressing that the season calls for sober reflection and total dependence on God in all circumstances.
He urged Christians to emulate the sacrificial life of Jesus Christ, who willingly gave His life for the redemption of mankind, describing such selflessness as a model for daily living.
The philanthropist also called on Nigerians to remain steadfast in prayers for those in positions of authority, emphasizing the need for divine wisdom and guidance in leadership.
He advised citizens against speaking against God regardless of their present challenges, expressing confidence that God’s purpose for every individual will ultimately be fulfilled.
Hon. Gbaruko further appealed for peace, unity, and tolerance among Nigerians, while expressing optimism that the nation will overcome its current political and economic challenges and emerge stronger.
