NOA Director Urges Corps Members To Join in Nation Building.

The State Director National Orientation Agency (NOA), Abia State Mrs Regina Iroha has called on the youth in the country to be disciplined and patriotic citizens which are the major attributes of the National core values and the National value charter.

Mrs Iroha made the call while delivering a paper to the 2024 batch ‘C’ Stream 1 corps members at the NYSC orientation camp at Umunna in Bende LGA.

She charged the corps members to join hands with the government to institutionalize those positive attributes that will transform the nation into a better society.

Mrs Iroha who was represented by Mr Goddy Onwuchekwa, assistant director in the agency reiterated the pivotal role of value re-orientation in the transformation agenda of the government.

She encouraged the youth to show resilience and accept the components of value re-orientation and National values Charter as a call to duty and the driving force that will restore the lost glory of the nation.

Iroha condemned the get rich quick syndrome that has ruined the lives of many youth and urged the youth to imbibe the core values of discipline, self reliance, patriotism, integrity and tolerance as enshrined in the country’s constitution.
