All is now set for the 7th National Triennial Delegates Conference of the Nigeria Union of Journalists holding in Aboa state, today 6th and tomorrow 7th October, 2021.
Information received by National Watch says expected delegates from across the 36 state councils and the FCT have arrived, while venue of the event, Michael Okpara auditorium, wearing a better look.
A release jointly endorsed by the state Council Chairman of the NUJ, Comrade Victor Ndukwe, the Secretary, Comrade Adaeze Ralph Igbokwe and the Chairman Local Organizing Committee, Ezeogo Boniface Okoro added that the State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu is to declare the Conference with theme “THE MEDIA IN TIMES OF NATIONAL RENEWAL” open by 9am.
According to the release, Ochiagha Reagan Ufomba is the Chairman of the Occasion, the Commissioner for Information, Chief John Okiyi Kalu is the Chief Host while the National President of the NUJ, Chief Chris Isiguzo is the Host.
The release adds that a celebrated Journalist, Mr Emma Agu is the guest Speaker while Eze Dr Uwadiegwu Ogbonnaya is the royal father of the Day.
