Some Abians have resolved to inform Abis state government about the activities of one Mr. Tochi Ephraim, from osisioma Aba. They alleged that this young man have been tormenting the drivers for the past years.
They claimed that he made himself the mayor of osisioma Aba. According to them, last governorship Elections which brought the governor Dr. Alex Otti in power, they alleged that he”tochi” vowed that the labour party will not be in ABIA government.
He has been subjecting the drivers to an ugly situations, claiming that he uses his thugs to impound people’s vehicles and ask the driver to bail the vehicle with the sum of #40,000 and above.
The concern Abians, said abia state government should equally know that for the past five months the said Tochi has been operating an unauthorized park at osisioma Aba flyover, and equally know that , he has been loading at least 100 Vehicles at the park and non of this vehicle pay for daily tickets, there by depriving the government to generate revenue from the vehicles.
They said government should equally know that he” tochi” is the one that uses to Mastermind the blockage at the osisioma flyover with his touts . “We the Abia united union have vowed not to deal with this saboteur in this our new abia government”.

fin secretary, they accused that a serving commissioner is also aware of tochi’s urgly behavior and nothing has been done in this regard.
Therefore, the Abia United drivers union said they have decided to be loading in an authorized government park at osisioma which is ORIS park.
“We are pleading with abia state government not to deal with our former chairman which is Mr. Chukwudi Iregbu known as obiagu.. because the Union have passed a vote of no confidence on him since last year August 2024.
Abia state should note that the Tochi have been arrested by the government for his urgly behavior and suddenly he appeared last year saying that the government had given him power to operate.
