Residents of World Bank Modern Primary School have appealed for government intervention over the vandalizing of their school buildings by hoodlums.
The pupils including Godwin and Ogechi Ogbuka who regretted that the vandals had stolen their roof and doors, a situation that has subjected them to clustering in an unconducive environment for lessons.
They noted that the government’s urgent intervention will go a long way in assisting them in rebuilding the structures and ensuring adequate security in the school.
The Headteacher of the school two section, Mrs Hope Ibeahusi and her school one counterpart, Mrs Stella lheanacho who expressed worry about the activities of vandals in the school, solicited Government assistance in rebuilding the vandalized blocks numbering eight classroom blocks to enable the pupils to take lessons in a conducive environment.
