Udochika and Onyekwere told newsmen that the guild in Abia went to court to challenge Rollas’s action. Because of court action, they said Rollas has appointed upto five persons to head AGN Abia state. While some had ran away seeing his illegality, others he (Rollas) appointed did not agree to take up the role.

They also called on the security to stop Rollas from commissioning their headqaurters which the plan is ongoing, pending the decision of the court. Udochika and Onyekwere said they based their argument on court’s judgement that sacked the board of trustees does not have the powers to appoint or elect any body to lead AGN.
