The brand is highlighting the Nwa Boi spirit, widely regarded as a strong symbol of resilience, ambition, and the Igbo apprenticeship system that has produced generations of successful entrepreneurs.

According to the company, the Nwa Boi concept goes beyond a stage of learning, as it embodies discipline, loyalty, mentorship, and the drive to grow into leadership and business success.

They further noted that from bustling markets in Aba to major commercial centres across Nigeria and beyond, the Nwa Boi system has continued to fuel economic empowerment, foster community development, and sustain cultural pride.

By celebrating this long-standing tradition, Life Lager aligns itself with the vision of nurturing future beer merchants and empowering a new generation of entrepreneurs who will expand trade, strengthen community bonds, and uphold values such as trust, collaboration, and shared prosperity.

Through this initiative, the brand also emphasizes the importance of mentorship, progressive thinking, and the enduring entrepreneurial spirit that defines the South East.
