A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abia State and member representing Obingwa-West State Constituency in the Abia State House of Assembly, Erondu Uchenna Erondu Jnr., has congratulated the immediate past governor of Abia State and Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain, Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, on his 62nd birthday.
Erondu, a former Chairman of Obingwa Local Government Area, conveyed his congratulations in a birthday message he personally signed and made available to newsmen.
The lawmaker described the occasion as an opportunity to celebrate Ikpeazu’s life, public service and contributions to the development of Abia State and Nigeria.
The Uhie-born legislator commended the former governor for his years of service to the state, noting that his birthday provided an opportunity to reflect on his political journey and continued service to Nigeria through his diplomatic assignment.
Erondu also expressed optimism that Ikpeazu’s role as Nigeria’s Ambassador to Spain would strengthen bilateral relations between both countries, particularly in trade, investment, education and cultural exchange.
He wished the ambassador good health, wisdom, peace and greater accomplishments as he continues to represent Nigeria in Spain.
The lawmaker further prayed for God’s continued guidance and protection for Ikpeazu, wishing him many more fruitful years of service to humanity and the nation.
