Labour Party: Ahiaukwu ward 2 stakeholders commend Gov Otti for his visionary leadership

Residents of Olokoro in Umuahia South LGA of Abia State have commended Governor Alex Otti OFR for his dedication in transforming the State including the extension of tarr road from Santa Crux to Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike.

The councilor representing Ahiaukwu ward 2, Ifeanyichukwu Oguegbe also known as “Nwaopoko” made the commendation during a meeting he summoned for party stakeholders at itu Olokoro.

He also commended the mayor of Umuahia South, LGA, Ejikeme Nnochiri and the member representing Umuahia South State constituency in the Abia State house of assembly, Hon Emeka Obioma for representing their people well.
His words, “what the Governor, Otti has done within few months in office has convinced us that he is prepared to lead Abia State. I am proud to announce that no body collected any money for me to be councilor, if it was PDP, i will spend a lot”.
Ifeanyichukwu said Olokoro people will continue to follow Otti abywhere he is and will continue to follow”.

Earlier in their speeches, the labour party clan leader Olokoro, Mr Ifeanyichukwu John, Mr Aham Adighije and deputy leader, Umuahia South, Peter Ine urged the people of Umuahia South to be patient with Governor Alex Otti, promising that he is earger to develop Abia State.
Mr John particularly eulogised Nwaopoko for being trust worthy and honest.

The acting chairman of Ahiaukwu ward 2, Mr Onyebuchi Ijebuonwu and woman leader of Ahiaukwu ward 2, Chinyere Blessing Onuoha appreciated the councilor, Ifeanyichukwu Oguegbe for being a good ambassador and charged the party faithful to remain united. They maintained that they have maximum trust on their councilor to bring home every dividends of democracy due to the people.

However, the meeting attracted leaders of labour party from Ahiaukwu ward 2 and Chairman of Ahiaukwu ward 1.
