A young author, Councillor Onyeama has written a 345-paged and ten chaptered bqook aimed at building a solid foundation for youths in Nigeria and beyond.
This is even as he has explained that his first degree university project was written about the former Governor of Abia State and Senate Chief Whip, Dr Orji Uzor Kalu.

Onyeama who was speaking with journalists in Umuahia, revealed that his book titled “YOUR PERSON IN A WORLD OF YOUR OWN” is a product of ” ten years of research and three years of writing”, adding that he travelled to 5 major cities of Lagos, Abuja, Aba, Port Harcourt and and Onitsha while sourcing for research materials of his book.
On the important contents of his book, the young author said “everything that would help a youth to develop his God-given potentials are in contained in my book, encompassing purpose for creation, lifestyle, purposeful focus, skills development, education and is also geared towards re-awaking dwindling reading culture in among our people, especially the younger generation whose eyes are only fixed on social media contents”.
Onyeama, who was a 2009 product of Government College, Umuahia, also studied Linguistics and Communications at Abia State University, Uturu, where he bagged first class honours before being made a teacher assistant, in recognition and reward for his academic dedications and was also the best graduating student of the ABSU during the school’s 24th convocation ceremony.
According to him, the book which has already been offered for sale on Amazon, is receiving regular review among online readers but lamented that low purchasing power of Nigerians, occasioned by poor economy is a challenge for hard copy sales of his books in Nigeria.
He therefore, canvassed the support of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu and other great Nigerians to enable him organise formal presentation of the book, noting that ” I really need to subsidize the price of this book for people to afford it and this can only be possible if receive the support of Dr Orji Uzor Kalu and others.”
” I want thousands of our young people to read this book and share from the knowledge in it. That is why I want to launch it formally”, he said.
On why he chose Orji Uzor Kalu as his project topic during his undergraduate period, Onyeama explained that he reserved great admiration for Orji Uzor Kalu’s closeness to the grassroots, which informed his choice of the politician for project topic.
He added that it was the materials he gathered from Kalu’s leadership series articles in a national newspaper formed the pillars of his works, pleading that ” I will like to present a copy of my university project to Dr Kalu, an opportunity I cherish deeply.”
