Security outfit, Trustlink ventures says their rapid response team swung into action through a distress call on Wednesday and recovered a male cross Alsatian within Finbars road Umuahia and asked the owner to come for identification by providing the green pet/history book for collection.
In a press release signed by the chairman of Trustlink ventures, Mr Chukwunazom Obi recalled their appealed to dog owners to ensure they do not allow dogs to stray about as such dogs could bite and end up taking lives through RABIES.

Mr Obi noted that rabies is not curable but could be avoided by ensuring that dogs and other animals are vaccinated as at when due and housed or hire the services or outfits like theirs that can adequately train or secure dogs, while they should be deriving it’s service as at when due and to avoid cruelty to such animals.
According to him, during the last world rabies day, 2021, his office tried to sensitize the general public about measures to apply to generally avoid the incurable deadly rabies disease, warning that a stitch in time they say save nine.
