The 2023 governorship candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, in Abia State, Dr Ukpai Iro Ukpai has vowed to bring a good dividends of democracy if elected Governor.
Dr Ukpai disclosed this during party primaries held in Umuahia, indicating that the party would concentrate on innovation and technological advancement for the development of the state.
He noted that the party would sack the present administration in the state, adding that Abia has remained backward in human capacity and promised to create jobs for the Youths
Dr Ukpai maintained that his administration, if elected as governor, would focus on wholesome security in the areas of food and agriculture, health, education, and security of lives and property.
He asked the party faithful to get their PVCs in order to vote out what he described as bad governance in the Abia state.
