Orji Uzo Kalu’s Victory on EFCC’s case, A Sign of God’s Grace.

A Federal High Court in Abuja this morning prohibited the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission from retrying former Abia Governor, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu. 
Justice Inyang Ekwo gave the order while delivering judgment in an application filed by the former governor seeking an order of court prohibiting the EFCC from retrying him on a charge for which he had already been tried and convicted. 
This news sparked off social media post from friends and well wishers, as well as politicians who joined to celebrate the victory with the serving senator.
The judge said an order is hereby made prohibiting the Federal Government through the EFCC from retrying the applicant (Kalu) on charge number FHC/ABJ/CR/56/2007 since there was no order in the judgment of the Supreme Court for the retrial of Kalu.
Reacting to the judgement, the media aide to Senator Orji Uzo Kalu, Honourable Maduka Okoro described the judgement as the victory for the people of Nigeria and thanked everyone who had joined in praying for the victory.
Okoro added that the good news as act of victory done by God which states, “Touch not my annoited and do my Prophet no harm”. 
According to him, Orji Uzo Kalu, is a blessed human and a rare gift to man, saying that the youths are looking upto to him. 
He pointed out that their enemies should join hands with them to add value to people’s lives rather than fighting the air.
